No way. That would be insane :) (because of the security risk). We use stripe.com a well known international payments service to handle all our payments so even we have no idea about what your card numbers are.

Yes, we have dedicated app that your customers can use when checking in/out their pets and you can use it to, to access key customer information, send messages to customers, check in/out customers, do fire drill/roll calls etc. Our main administrative system is web based and is tested on macs and PC’s using google chrome.
Yes, as long as you have google chrome installed you should have no trouble accessing Pet Manager from your desktop web browser. Most functions are also supported from your mobile phone and while we don't specifically test on other web browsers, most modern browsers will run Pet Manager just fine.

We test on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A (a pretty basic samsung model), as well as various apple devices. We'd recommend one of those although the product will work on a variety of different Android devices, even if they are a little old.
The tablets can work online or offline, as long as they have been connected once at the start of the day via your phone or any internet connection, the bookings for the day are downloaded and owners can sign in or out even if the internet later drops out. When the internet comes back, the data is automatically synced back to your web database.
